Funding
The Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS), launched by the Department of Health and Social Care, provides funding to help the non-regulated adult social care workforce complete training courses and qualifications.

Reimbursement Amount: Employers can claim up to £1,565 per qualification for courses paid for between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026.
